These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program operated by Valhalla Construction Services LLC ("Valhalla," "we," or "us"). They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from the Valhalla Construction Services messaging program (the "Program") at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Depending on which box you checked, these may include application and onboarding updates, status and account alerts, work and scheduling notifications, and customer-service replies, and — only if you opted in to marketing — promotional messages.
Consent is not a condition of applying or of any purchase. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old. Your consent applies only to this Program and is never transferred to any third party.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. We do not charge for messages and are not responsible for carrier charges. Contact your carrier for plan details.
Reply STOP to any message to end messages from this Program (you may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent from this Program. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of others you have joined. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected].

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messages may not be available on all carriers. We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier filtering, network conditions, device settings, or an inaccurate or changed number.
Please tell us promptly if you give up, change, or transfer the number you provided. You are responsible for messages sent to that number until you notify us or opt out.
Information collected through the Program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that transmit messages for us, under contracts limiting their use to providing that service.
The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers and requires a mobile device capable of receiving SMS. Not all handsets or carriers support all features.
Messages sent through this Program do not include content relating to sex, hate speech, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis, or illegal substances, consistent with carrier and industry standards.
We may modify or discontinue the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by message and/or by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The Program is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any delay, non-delivery, or carrier charges, and our liability relating to the Program is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
Disputes relating to the Program are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, including its arbitration and class-waiver terms and the opt-out right stated there.
