The Network

One network. Two ways in.

Valhalla connects independent construction primes and their crews with a steady flow of work — and carries the paperwork, payments, and coordination so the trade stays in your hands. Here's how it runs, end to end.

What Valhalla is

A workforce hub — not an employer.

What the network does

Routes a steady stream of jobs to independent primes

Sets a clear, flat price for each job up front

Stages materials at the job so you just build

Handles per-job pay, 1099s, and certificate tracking

Coordinates logistics on the work you've accepted

Sets the safety and site-conduct standards everyone signs

What it never does

Assign you work you can't turn down

Set your hours or how you do the work

Pay, direct, or employ your helpers

Require a minimum volume or exclusivity

Make you an employee of anyone

End to end

From first handshake to final payment.

  • 01
    Prequalify

Bring your W-9 and — if you're coming on as a prime — your certificate of insurance. Clear the standards and pick your lane: prime, or helper under a prime.

  • 02
    Onboard

Sign the package that fits your lane — the prime contractor agreement, or the helper site standards and covenants — set up how you're paid, and get set up on the network.

  • 03
    Choose your work

Each job is routed to the network at a set, flat price. Take what's worth your crew's time and pass on what isn't — no assignments, no quota, no penalty for saying no.

  • 04
    Build

Materials are staged and waiting. You run your crew your way; once you've accepted a job, the network handles the logistics — site details, sequencing, timing — so you can focus on the work.

  • 05
    Get paid

Primes are paid per job on a predictable cycle; helpers are paid by their prime. One 1099-NEC at year end, and your certificate kept current on file.

Two ways in

Pick the lane that fits where you are.

For Primes

Run your own book.

You carry your own insurance, run your own crew, and hold your own contract with the network. Steady work to bid, paid on schedule.

For Crews

Get on the job.

Work under an established prime, get paid by your prime, and build toward running a crew of your own.
