For Primes

Run your own book of work.

The prime track is the direct line into the network: your own contract, your own crew, your own insurance — and a steady stream of jobs to bid, paid on a schedule you can count on.

This track is for you

You're already running like a business. We just hand you the work.

  • You carry your own insuranceYour own general liability policy, in your name — the one real requirement.
  • You bring your own toolsYour truck, your tools, your gear. Materials are staged at the job by the time you arrive.
  • You run your own crewYou engage, direct, and pay your own helpers. Your prime, your rules.
  • You stand behind your workYou warrant your own workmanship — the mark of a real prime.
No crew? There's still a place for you

A prime without a crew is still a prime.

Experienced — no crew

Bring the skill, build the crew.

Apply as a prime. Once you qualify, you get access to independent hands looking for work — and you choose who to bring on, engage, and pay. Your crew, assembled your way.

What you get

The machine behind the trade.

Jobs to bid

A steady flow of work routed to the network. Take what fits your crew, pass on what doesn't.

Paid on schedule

Per-job pricing for your labor on a predictable cycle. No net-60, no chasing checks.

No material float

Materials are staged at the job before you arrive. No supply runs, no fronting costs — just build.

Job coordination

Once you've accepted a job, the network handles site details, sequencing, and timing windows.

Paperwork lifted

Your certificate kept on file and your 1099 issued for you. You keep building; we keep the records.

Your accounts protected

Network covenants shield the relationships you build here — the protection runs both ways.

What we ask

Straight terms. No surprises at signing.

  • 01
    Sign the contractor agreement

The prime contractor master agreement sets scope, per-job pricing, and payment terms — reviewed and executed under licensed Texas counsel.

  • 02
Carry your own general liability coverage

Your own GL policy meeting the network minimum of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, with your certificate of insurance provided and kept current.

  • 03
    Clear a background check

A standard background check at intake — required before any site work.

  • 04
    Warrant your workmanship

You stand behind the work you perform, on the terms set in your agreement.

  • 05
    Sign the network covenants

Non-circumvent, non-solicit, and safety & site-conduct standards. They protect every prime in the network equally.

How you're paid

For your labor, at a price agreed up front.

Per job

Each job carries a set, flat price up front — you know the number before you commit, and you choose whether to take it.

Predictable cycle

Paid on a set schedule as the work is performed. No 60-day waits, no invoice chasing.

Clean at tax time

One 1099-NEC issued at year end. Your Schedule C, your deductions, your business.
